Virtual IMG Panel: Basics of Residency Match 2026-2027 for Filipinx US and non-US IMGs
Are you an IMG from the Philippines looking to apply to residency in the US? Don't know where to start?
CYFAM's IMG committee is proud to present the IMG Speaker Series. For our first event, we've invited a panel of Filipinx IMG applicants who have recently navigated the US residency match, to give a broad overview of what it takes to apply to residency in the US.
We will be going over the basic requirements to apply to US residency programs:
* ERAS vs other online application platforms
* USCE/LORs
* ECFMG/Pathways
* Home country documents
* Medical School Requirements
Panelists will be pooled from various medical schools in the Philippines, and will provide school-specific advice on necessary documents and how to procure them from their respective medical schools.
