Good to know
Register by Friday, January 29, 2027, to guarantee a printed badge and meals. It is also the last day of Regular pricing and the last day for refunds.
- RefundsFull refund through Friday, January 29, 2027. No refunds after that. Email conference@cyfam.org as soon as your plans change.
- TransfersTickets cannot be transferred to another person.
- PaymentWe accept online payment through the registration page only. We are unable to accept cash or checks, including on-site.
- On-site registrationOn-site registration uses the same online registration page, so please have a phone or laptop ready.
- Children and attendees under 18Children 17 and under attend free when supervised by a registered adult. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.
- Participant AgreementAll attendees accept the Participant Agreement during registration. It covers conduct, photography, and safety expectations.
- Funding lettersEmail conference@cyfam.org for a justification letter to support a funding request to your school, program, or employer.
