This workshop explores storytelling as a form of cultural memory, connection, and healing. Though participants may begin as strangers, stories transform relationships rooted in pakikisama into communities grounded in pakikipagkapwa. Through sharing and listening, participants reflect on the stories they carry and discover how individual narratives can become collective medicine.
